Water pours from a pump as a worker digs in a hole at the corner of Garth Avenue and Business Loop 70. The workers are fixing a issue with the fire hydrant.

COLUMBIA — The eastbound lanes of Business Loop 70 and southbound Garth Avenue are closed for the day near the intersection of the two streets due to a hydrant failure.
