No. 15 Missouri wrestling team picks up three wins at SIUE

The Missouri wrestling team swept a four-team meet Sunday at Southern Illinois-Edwardsville, winning 28 of its 30 matches to improve to 11-2 this season.

The No. 15 Tigers beat Eastern Michigan 25-6, and shut out both Truman State (52-0) and the host Cougars (42-0).

Missouri's Alan Waters, ranked No. 3 at 125 pounds, had a major decision against Eastern Michigan and a technical fall against Truman State to improve to 20-1 this season.

The Tigers' Nathan McCormick, ranked No. 10 at 133 pounds, pinned his Truman State opponent and collected decisions in his other two matches to improve to 12-1.

Missouri's Mike Larsen, No. 15 at 184 pounds, had a technical fall and a decision, leaving him at 17-6 this year.
