Shots fired at High Hill Circle trailer court

COLUMBIA—Residents at the High Hill Circle trailer court reported shots fired at 6:16 p.m. Thursday.
Boone County Sheriff's Deputies were dispatched to 5200 Old Miller's Road, Chief Deputy Tom Reddin said.
When police arrived, they discovered eight shell casings in the roadway, but after a search of the area, police did not discover any injuries or property damage, according to a news release.
Residents told police that two men were seen in the area immediately following the incident. No suspects or weapons were found, the release stated.
