B.S. and M.S. from the University of Missouri

Ph.D. from the Economics Department at Iowa State University

International experience:

Adviser and evaluator of development programs in Peru and approximately 30 other developing countries

Domestic experience:

Teaching and research at military and civilian universities

Administrative assignments at the University of Missouri, including Director of International Programs

New products researcher in agriculture

Developer of major simulation exercises


Three children graduated from Hickman High School

Reside with my wife on family farm 1.5 miles from the new Battle High School on St. Charles Rd.
