Caucus delegates hope for changes from presidential election

COLUMBIA — About 500 people gathered at Kemper Arena for the Boone County presidential caucus Saturday.

The process selected 53 delegates, who are not bound to a certain candidate, to the congressional district convention in Sedalia on April 21.
