Missouri women's swimming and diving places 15 at national championships

Missouri women's swimming and diving finished 15th in the NCAA national championship meet in Auburn, Ala., on Saturday.

Missouri finished the third day of competition with 98 points. First-place University of California-Berkeley had 412.5 points.

Senior Shara Stafford placed fifth in the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 21.79 and sixth in the 100-yard freestyle with a time of 47.76.

Junior Dominique Bouchard finished third in the 200-yard backstroke with a time of 1:51.68 and placed 11th in the 100-yard backstroke at 52.33

Missouri finished seventh in 200-yard freestyle relay with a time of 1:28.86
