Three Father Tolton track athletes medal at Hallsville meet

Three athletes on the Fr. Tolton Regional Catholic High School track team earned medals at the Hallsville Pentathlon track meet Tuesday, coach Chad Masters said. 

Freshman Chase Friedel won the 400-meter (1 minute, 2 seconds) and 200-meter (27.5) races. She also placed second in the 100-meter race and won the long jump at 15-9.

Freshman Dayton Hammes was third in the girls long jump at 14-6, and Ryan Chappell placed second in the boys long jump at 18-0.
