Contra dancing comes to Columbia

COLUMBIA — The Mid-Missouri Traditional Dancers hosted its 24th annual Spring Breakdown on Saturday at Stephens College's Kimball Ballroom. The breakdown, a three-day event that continues through Sunday, features contra dancing, a partner-based folk dance. The breakdown and dancing sessions are welcome to all levels of experience.
