Sharion Louise Shern, Oct. 27, 1934 — April 4, 2012, of Clark

Sharion Louise Shern, 77, of Clark, MO passed away April 4, 2012.

Louise was born on October 27, 1934, in Columbia, MO to Audrey E. (Crane) and Oscar Niles.

She married Charles Shern in Columbia on July 20, 1962, and he preceded her in death.

Louise retired from Ellis Fischel Cancer Center after 39 years of dedicated service as a hospital administrator. Post retirement, she was a bus driver for the Harrisburg School District. Louise loved farming and animals, especially her dog, Sassy.

Louise is survived by her daughter: Cindy Robinson of Columbia, MO, three siblings: Kenney Niles (Virginia) of Hartsburg, MO, Raymond Niles (Mazey) and Shirley Hague, both of Columbia, MO, two grandchildren: Jennifer Robinson (Jody) and Billy Robinson (Amy) both of Clark, MO, and five great-grandchildren: Brooklyn Robinson, Garrett Robinson, Wyatt Robinson, Rylee Robinson and Izik Butts, all of Clark, MO. 

In addition to her loving husband, Charles, she was preceded in death by her parents and one infant son.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, April 9, 2012, at Memorial Funeral Home, with a visitation beginning at 10:00 am until the time of service.  Interment will follow at Bethlehem Cemetery in Harrisburg, MO.
