Missouri football Black and Gold spring game set for April 14

The Missouri football team is set to hold its Black and Gold spring game on April 14. There will be events throughout the weekend that coincide with the game.

The Tiger Quarterback Club Black and Gold Golf Classic will begin at 11 a.m. Friday, and the Tiger Team Store is holding a sale through Saturday. The Missouri tennis and softball teams each have a game starting at 5 p.m. and 6 p.m., respectively on Friday. On Saturday, the Tom Botts Track and Field Invitational at Audrey J. Walton Stadium will begin at 10 a.m.

The gates to the football stadium will open at 11:30 a.m., and the game will begin at 1 p.m. During the game, the Tigers will unveil their new uniforms for the 2012 season. The game is at Faurot Field, and admission is $3 or three cans of food to benefit the Food Bank for Central and Northeast Missouri.
