COLUMBIA — Police were looking for two people who robbed a convenience store Saturday evening.

About 8:45 p.m. Saturday, two people dressed to conceal their identities entered Mari's Convenience Store, 1210 Prathersville Road, demanding cash, according to a news release from the Boone County Sheriff's Department. They stole an unknown amount of cash and ran away on foot, according to the release.

As of 9:30 p.m. Saturday, police were still investigating the robbery.
