COLUMBIA — Free health screenings will be available on Tuesday morning outside the Columbia/Boone County Public Health and Human Services Department.

From 8 to 11 a.m., the Know Your Numbers mobile health unit will be at 1005 W. Worley St. for screenings that include the two types of cholesterol, blood glucose, triglycerides, blood pressure and body mass index.

The Boone Hospital Foundation helped finance the Know Your Numbers mobile health unit.

In its first year in operation last year, 55 people turned out on Aug. 17 for free screenings.
