The Missouri baseball team lost its third straight game, falling 6-3 to Arkansas on Tuesday night at Baum Stadium in Fayetteville, Ark.

Again, the Tigers managed just four hits, not enough support for starter Blake Holovach, who fell to 5-4 with the loss. Missouri had only four hits in back-to back losses over the weekend at Texas Tech.

After three innings, Missouri trailed 5-0 and allowed another run in the sixth.

The Tigers then scored two runs in the seventh with the help of a Razorback error, several wild pitches and a RBI single from freshman catcher Patrick Quintanilla.

Tigers freshman pinch hitter Case Munson doubled and scored on a groundout in the ninth.

Missouri (23-20) and Arkansas (32-13) are set to play again at 3:05 p.m. Wednesday at Baum Stadium.
