COLUMBIA – The Missouri baseball team lost 6-4 to Memphis on Friday night at Taylor Stadium ending its three-game winning streak.

Starter Rob Zastryzny (4-4,) had a rough evening allowing six earned runs on nine hits in 4.1 innings, but the Tigers' bullpen was able to pick him up, with Jeff Emens and Jake Walsh combining for 4.2 scoreless innings of relief.

Offensively, Missouri was led by second baseman Dillon Everett who went 1-for-3 with two walks scoring two of the Tigers' four runs.

The Tigers were undone by a big Memphis fifth inning in which they scored four runs on four hits giving Memphis a 6-3 lead.

Missouri is scheduled to play the second game of its three-game series against Memphis at 2 p.m. Saturday. Tomorrow is Senior Day for Missouri baseball. Pregame festivities celebrating its five seniors begin at 1 p.m.
