Waugh Street traffic to be restricted Monday

COLUMBIA —Traffic will be restricted on Waugh Street between Paquin and Locust streets on Monday for street repairs.

Maintenance crews will begin working at 7 a.m. and the street should be fully reopened at 3:30 p.m., according to a press release from the Columbia Public Works Department.

According to the release, motorists and pedestrians are advised to take a different route if possible and to exercise caution when in the construction zone.
