Herbert Williams, 74, of Columbia died

COLUMBIA — Herbert Williams of Columbia died Monday, June 25, 2012. He was 74.

Mr. Williams was born Sept. 17, 1937, in Keytesville to Herbert D. Williams and Mary F. Guthrie.

He is survived by his wife, Lula Williams; two sons, Terence Williams and Nicholas Williams; two daughters, Debra Johnson and Nicole McGonigal; two brothers, Timothy Guthrieand Alan Guthrie; three sisters Naomi Binion, Rosemary Guthrieand Janice Guthrie; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Services were held at 1 p.m. Monday at Second Baptist Church, 407 E. Broadway. Visitation was held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the church.
