Larry and Judy Harmon celebrate 50th wedding anniversary

The couple will be celebrating their anniversary Aug. 26. A reception will be held at Hallsville Baptist Church to honor the occasion.

Larry and Judy Harmon, of Hallsville, will be celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary Aug. 26. They will celebrate with a reception from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Hallsville Baptist Church, 115 Elizabeth St., Hallsville.

The couple was married Aug. 26, 1962 at the Calvary Baptist Church in Columbia, with the Rev. Webster Brown performing the ceremony.

The reception will be hosted by the couple's children and grandchildren: Greg Harmon, his wife, Shari, and their children Bradley, Brian and Blake; Scott Harmon, his wife, Darla, and their children Kelci and Kimie; and Steve Harmon, his wife, Tracy, and their son, Jacob.
