The Columbia City Council will have a work session Saturday to discuss the proposed budget for the upcoming fiscal year. The session is scheduled to begin at 8 a.m. and will conclude no later than 5 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Daniel Boone City Building, 701 E. Broadway.
