Philip and Aleta Miller mark 50 years of marriage

Philip and Aleta Miller of Columbia celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house held on the family farm Saturday, Aug. 25.

The Millers were married Aug. 18, 1962, at St. Clement Catholic Church in Bowling Green.

They have five children, Beth Van Hove, Doug Miller, Russell Miller, Janet Snow and Tony Miller, all of Columbia.  They also have 12 grandchildren.
