Monday's incident occurred in the 3500 block of Marquis Court.

According to a news release from the Columbia Police Department, a "college-aged" man was alone at his home, and heard pounding at his back door. Before he could answer, four male suspects broke down his back door and forced him to the floor. One suspect had a handgun.

The victim was not injured, and no arrests have been made.
