COLUMBIA — Crews will begin work Monday on Gregory, Vickie and Teresa drives in north Columbia.

The streets will remain open during construction, which is scheduled to begin at 7 a.m. and end at 3:30 p.m. every day next week.

Bryan Boyce, road maintenance superintendent for Boone County Public Works, said in a news release that parking on the streets will not be permitted, but cars will be able to "slowly maneuver around work areas."

Boyce said the 2,700 feet of roadway is in need of various repairs, including minor potholes and drainage problems.

Missourian reporter Grant Hahn contributed to this report.

Supervising editor is Jacob Kirn.
