Georgia fans arriving in Columbia for Missouri's game

Joe and Jan Pullen of Lyerly, Ga., began setting up their recreational vehicle in Cottonwoods RV Park on Thursday. The Georgia fans travel to most of the team's away games.
COLUMBIA — Joe Pullen, a Georgia fan from Lyerly, Ga., arrived in Columbia and began setting up his recreational vehicle Thursday at Cottonwood RV Park at the Central Missouri Events Center, formerly known as the Boone County Fairgrounds. Pullen and his wife, Jan Pullen, travel to most of Georgia's away games.
Missouri plays Georgia on Saturday in its first conference game as a member of the Southeastern Conference. A large number of Georgia fans are expected to come in town for the game. More than 700 Georgia alumni are expected to descend on MU's Lowry Mall for a tailgating event Saturday.
