COLUMBIA – Fans gathered Wednesday for MU's annual Fall Fest at Mel Carnahan Quadrangle, enjoying free food, entertainment, and even free haircuts. Many of the National Pan-Hellenic Council fraternities performed step shows and explained the history of their organizations. Columbia businesses and churches provided many of the free amenities and information.
