David Peters, 82, of Columbia and formerly of Kansas City, passed away Sept. 15, 2012.
David was born on Sept. 17, 1929 in Louisiana. He met Katheryn Nichols in Kansas City in 1983. They have been together for 29 years. Katheryn passed away on April 2, 2012.
Services will be private.
David is survived by many family members including 4 grandchildren, Raven Nichols, Latosha Nichols and Randy Nichols all of Columbia and Marcus Berry of Kansas City.
