Missouri volleyball beats LSU in Baton Rouge

The Missouri women’s volleyball defeated the LSU Tigers 3-1 (25-20, 25-23, 21-25, 25-22) on the road Sunday.

In an interview with, MU head coach Wayne Kreklow said he was pleased with his team’s ability to bounce back after a loss at Florida on Friday. He said the win speaks to how mentally tough his team is.

Sophomore Whitney Little's 15 kills set a personal best. Her seven blocks kept her blocks per set average higher than anyone else in the SEC.

Taylor Simpson had 14 kills. Lisa Henning had 12 kills and 13 digs.

Missouri will play Texas A&M on Friday.
