'Mizzou Madness' will be broadcast on ESPN3, ESPNU

COLUMBIA — The Missouri basketball team will tip off its season with the Mizzou Madness event on Friday, Oct. 12. Missouri is one of seven schools that will have the entirety of its event televised.

Florida State, Kentucky, North Carolina State, North Carolina, Pittsburgh and Syracuse will join Missouri as their practices will be aired on ESPN3 during ESPNU's seventh-annual Midnight Madness tip-off event.

ESPN3 will give fans a live look inside each of the seven schools throughout the evening. ESPNU will jump between the seven schools between 8 p.m. and 11 p.m. ESPU will also air its first Midnight Madness special on its nightly entertainment show, UNITE.

Keion Bell, Alex Oriakhi, Jabari Brown and Earnest Ross are the most notable newcomers that will see their first action for the Tigers during Midnight Madness.
