The house at 308 St. Joseph St. in Columbia still stands Thursday. It is in the process of going through inspections to be torn down at an undecided date, said Gary Wagers from Loftis Company, which is in charge of the demolition. A house at 302 St. Joseph St. has already been torn down.
COLUMBIA — A house at 308 St. Joseph St. is in the process of going through inspections to be torn down. A house at 302 St. Joseph St. has already been torn down.
Part of the house at 308 St. Joseph St. has already been removed as of Thursday. The siding had to be removed first because it contained asbestos, said Gary Wagers of the Loftis Company, the construction company in charge of the demolition.
