Jennifer Dawn Bradley, 36, of Columbia passed away Monday, September 24, 2012.
Memorial service will be at 11:00 a.m. Sunday, September 30, 2012 at the family’s home, 1800 Prathersville Road, Lot #76, Columbia, MO.
Ms. Bradley was born May 5, 1976 in Columbia to Jack and Linda Mize Bradley.
She is survived by five children: Alexia, Abgail, Zachary, Carlene and Hayden.
