COLUMBIA — Jennifer Dawn Bradley of Columbia died Monday, Sept. 24, 2012. She was 36. She was born May 5, 1976, in Columbia to Jack and Linda Mize Bradley.

Ms. Bradley is survived by five children: Alexia, Abgail, Zachary, Carlene and Hayden.

The memorial service will be 11 a.m. Sunday at the family’s home, 1800 Prathersville Road, Lot #76.
