Columbia College men's golfers place eighth at William Woods Fall Invitational

The Columbia College men's golf team finished eighth out of 11 schools at the William Woods University Fall Invitational on Tuesday at Tanglewood Golf Course. Host William Woods won the tournament.

Sophomore Hunter Parrish led the Cougars with a two-day score of 150, which was good for six-over par and a 12th place individual finish. Logan Murphy, Tyler Kolb and Erik Peyton all finished the the top 50.

Christian Bechard of Evangel University won the tournament at seven-under par.

Columbia College closes out its fall season Oct. 15 and 16 at the Park University Fall Invitational.
