COLUMBIA— A St. Louis man was arrested Wednesday morning in connection with two bank robberies that occurred in Columbia over the summer, according to a news release from the Columbia Police Department.

Hillary Bernard Miller IV was located by Police Department investigators, St. Louis City Police officers and the FBI at a St. Louis address where he was living.

Miller consented to a search at his residence and evidence from the robberies was found. He was then taken into custody and transported to the Columbia Police Department, according to the release.

Miller was arrested in connection with robberies that occurred June 14 at the Academic Employee Credit Union on West Ash Street and July 16 at the Columbia Municipal Credit Union on East Walnut Street.

Witnesses from the robberies and surveillance video from surrounding businesses helped identify Miller, according to the release.

Miller is being held on $100,000 bond for each count.
