Columbia College volleyball sweeps Hannibal-LaGrange

The Columbia College volleyball team swept host Hannibal-LaGrange 3-0 in an American Midwest Conference game on Tuesday night. 

The Cougars won 25-15, 25-14, 25-18 to improve their record to 25-1 this season, including an 11-0 mark in the conference.

Senior Kelly Corkum led the Cougars with 10 kills, followed by Kahoriz Feliz and Brooke Simpson, who each had eight kills. Paula Ferreira contributed to the offense with 33 assists, and Elena Berroteran anchored the defense with 19 digs.

Columbia College returns to action in a double-header against conference opponent Benedictine University on Friday at Springfield.
