Columbia College men's soccer tie, women lose at Park University

COLUMBIA — The Columbia College men's soccer team tied Park University 1-1 on Friday night in Parkville. Sophomore forward Marko Paunovic scored the Cougars' only goal of the evening.

This was the last match of the regular season for Columbia College, which finished with a record of 13-0-5. The American Midwest Conference tournament begins next week and Columbia College will host a semifinal on Tuesday.

The Cougars' women's team was defeated by Park University 2-0. The loss gives them a record of 9-9-0 for the season, and they will also play in their conference tournament next week.
