Two northeast Columbia apartments robbed early Saturday morning

COLUMBIA — Police are looking for three armed men who robbed two apartments in northeast Columbia early Saturday morning.

Police were dispatched to the apartments in the 4000 block of Oakland Gravel Road at 5:25 a.m.

According to a news release, three men armed with handguns and wearing all-black masks and clothing forced their way into the apartments and demanded money and other objects. A victim was choked by one of the attackers but had no serious injuries.

The men stole objects from the apartments and fled on foot.

Police ask that anyone with information about these home robberies contact the Columbia Police Department or Crime Stoppers at 875-TIPS.
