Missouri men's basketball moves up in rankings

COLUMBIA — The Missouri men's basketball team has moved up in this week's Associated Press poll and is now ranked No. 14 in the nation.

The Tigers started off the season ranked No. 15 and won their season opener Saturday 83-69 over SIU-Edwardsville.

The Tigers have two home games this week. They are scheduled to play Alcorn State at 7 p.m. Tuesday and are set to play Nicholls State at 7 p.m. Friday. Both games are at Mizzou Arena.
