Some people's Thanksgiving traditions include giving into the holiday, enjoying a large meal and relaxing. Other folks might choose to incorporate more activity or to cut calories.

What are your plans? Will you swap out ingredients to make a healthier meal? Will you make time for exercise, or take a break from your regular routine? Do you have diet and fitness goals that you want to incorporate, or will you do a one-day hiatus?
