COLUMBIA — The City of Columbia's annual holiday parade will take place 3 p.m. Sunday.

The parade will follow a route along Broadway, which is the same route as the previous year. Broadway will be closed to traffic for the day.

The Junior Chamber of Commerce, also known as Jaycees, will host the parade, and this will mark its 33rd year. The theme for this year is Rockin' Holidays. Past themes include Winter Wonderland and Celebrating Traditions.

The parade is free to the public and will feature floats, school bands and local businesses.

Supervising editor is Emilie Stigliani.
