TELL US: What should be the priorities of the UM System?

The UM System Board of Curators will meet this week to discuss issues including system spending, next year's budget, strategic statements for each campus and domestic partner benefits. If you could add something to their agenda, what would it be?

At the Missourian, we're putting together a list of issues that stakeholders feel deserve more attention — from the administration and in our news coverage. Examples of issues we've heard are: more focus on moving the system away from a reliance on coal, improving faculty authority in budget decisions and more advocacy for sources of state funding similar to the tobacco tax in Proposition B.
