COLUMBIA — Both eastbound lanes of Broadway Street between William and Ann streets will be closed beginning 8 a.m. Monday.

No right turns from William Street onto Broadway or left turns from Broadway onto William Street will be allowed, according to a news release from the Columbia Public Works Department.

Traffic to Boone Hospital Center coming from east of Old 63 will be re-routed north on Old 63 to go west on Walnut Street then south on William Street.

The closures will accommodate concrete replacement. Repairs are expected to be completed by 5 p.m. Dec. 21.

Supervising editor is Alison Matas.
