Curly Joe Harper, 63, of Columbia, passed away on December 13, 2012.

A benefit memorial concert to celebrate Curly’s life will be at The Blue Note on Saturday, December 22, 2012 from 5:00 p.m. until midnight.

Curly was born July 25, 1949 in New Mexico and spent his life working as a musician in the Columbia area.
