Hickman boys basketball eases past Wentzville Holt

The Hickman boys basketball team beat Wentzville Holt High School 69-37 on Friday evening to improve to 8-1 on the season.
Hickman controlled the game from the start, finishing the first quarter with a 13-8 lead. The Kewpies then went on an extended second-quarter run and dominated for the remainder of the game. Senior forward Cecil Williams lead Hickman in scoring with 18 points. Junior guard Chris Clark added another 13.
The Kewpies will next take on Jefferson City at 6 p.m. Tuesday in Jefferson City.
