The Father Tolton Catholic wrestling team finished in the top 20 Saturday at the 26-team Battle of Lexington Holiday Tournament in Lexington, Mo.

Jaydin Clayton won the 132-pound bracket, and Will Tindal took third place in the 160-pound weight class for the Trailblazers.

Tolton coach Tony Eierman said he liked what he saw from his team, which started the season with only eight wrestlers.

“To only have half of a team and for 90 percent to be first-time wrestlers, I was really impressed,” Eierman said.
