PHOTO GALLERY: Bookmobile brings books to communities without a library

Friday, January 4, 2013 | 5:28 p.m. CST
The Daniel Boone Regional Library Bookmobile made a stop at the North County Shopping Center on Route B on Friday.

The Daniel Boone Regional Library bookmobile delivers books and movies to communities that are not large enough to support their own libraries.

Joy Marzolf, who is disabled, said without the Bookmobile, she would not be able to check out books as she is unable to travel to the library's main branch. She said she visits the Bookmobile every two weeks to return books and check out new ones.
