Four adults and an infant injured in accident on Highway 63

COLUMBIA — Four adults and one infant were injured in an automobile accident at around 8 p.m. Friday on Highway 63 at Rolling Hills, said Boone County Fire Protection District spokesman Gale Blomenkamp.


Two fire engines and ambulances were sent to the scene.


A woman involved in the accident was possibly in labor, said the spokesman.  All victims were transported by ambulance to University Hospital. Police were on site investigating the accident.
