COLUMBIA — Sign waver Criss Clark worked in chilly weather Thursday. The temperature stayed below freezing all day, with a high of 27 and low of 12.

It will be somewhat warmer Friday, with a forecast high of 45 and an overnight low of 21, according to the National Weather Service.
