COLUMBIA — Missouri forward Laurence Bowers will play against LSU on Wednesday night, according to coach Frank Haith.
Bowers has missed five games since he went out with a sprained right knee Jan. 8 against Alabama.
Bowers, a fifth-year senior, missed all of last season with a torn ACL in his left knee.
Since Bowers has been out of the lineup, Missouri has gone 3-2.
Bowers has been practicing this past week. Haith said he wanted to wait for Bowers to be confident in physical play before letting him play.
Haith also said that Bowers will be closely monitored throughout the game and his minutes will be limited.
Bowers' return marks only the third time Missouri will have its entire roster ready to play this season.
