Missouri men's basketball shoots down Auburn

COLUMBIA — Keion Bell had 24 points, Earnest Ross scored 23 and the Missouri men's basketball team beat Auburn 91-77 on Saturday at Mizzou Arena.
Ross, an transfer from Auburn, also had five 3-pointers for No. 17-ranked Missouri, which improved to 16-5 overall and 5-3 in the Southeastern Conference.
In all, five Missouri players hit double figures in scoring, including 12 from Laurence Bowers and 11 apiece from Jabari Brown and Alex Oriakhi. Phil Pressey had just four points but totaled 10 assists.
Missouri went 25 for 33 from the free-throw line and held Auburn to just less than 36 percent shooting from the field.
Frankie Sullivan led Auburn (8-13, 2-6 in the SEC) with 12 points.
