Since 1913, Alpha Epsilon Pi, commonly known as AEPi, has been the largest Jewish fraternity in North America. And since 1946, it has been the largest and most successful Jewish fraternity at MU. Alpha Epsilon Pi is located at 901 Maryland Ave. in Columbia.

The MU chapter of AEPi biennially hosts Rock-A-Thon, a fundraiser that supports the American Cancer Society. During the event, a fraternity brother rocks in a rocking chair on a stage downtown while others from the fraternity collect change for the Cancer Society.
