Missouri gymnast Sandra Ostad named to SEC Community Service Team

COLUMBIA — Senior Missouri gymnast Sandra Ostad was named a member of the 2013 Southeastern Conference Gymnastics Community Service Team on Friday.
Ostad has participated in the Walk to End Alzheimer's, Race for the Cure, the "Walking School Bus" and the elementary school Read-a-Thon. She also volunteers at the local food pantry. A member of Mizzou's Student-Athlete Advisory Council, she organizes service projects for her team.
The SEC names students to community service teams for each league-sponsored sport.
Ostad and the Tigers will face Arizona on Saturday in Tucson, Ariz.
