Sophomore Missouri gymnast Rachel Updike competed individually on the balance beam and the vault at the 2013 NCAA Regional Championships on Saturday in Norman, Okla., closing the Tigers' season.

Rotating with Southern Utah, Updike scored a 9.825 on the beam, tying for eighth place in the event. She scored a 9.850 on the vault, tying for 10th place in the event.

Tigers coach Rob Drass said Updike's performances were some of the best he's seen her do.

Oklahoma won the meet as a team with a score of 197.375, and Stanford finished second with a team score of 196.800. The two teams will advance to the NCAA National Championships on April 19-21 in Los Angeles.

Washington's Lauren Rogers and Penn State's Sharaya Musser were the top two all-arounders from non-advancing teams and will also advance to the national meet.
